I cannot say enough how much the team who moved us was careful, thorough, professional and even fun!! They moved my 88 yr old father from a huge house in Wisconsin to a 2 bedroom apartment in Montana, with an extra stop at my home in Montana as well to unload some items. There was a brief lack of communication about payment but DuFrane resolved it quickly and apologetically and all went incredibly smoothly! There were quite a few items that were difficult to pack and move and everything arrived in pristine condition. The guys were upbeat and kept what could have been a stressful situation lighthearted. I would use them again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend them! Thank you Jim, Joe, Ozzy and I'm so sorry I can't remember the 4th young man's name! You all were just amazing!!

Overall it went very well. We didn't have a single thing broke, which always happens when you move. They took the worries out of our move. Very knowledgeable staff that could take apart our treadmill and put back together & tested it to make sure it was working before they left.

From the time Craig arrived for the bid until the move was completed, my wife and I were very satisfied with the whole experience. Chris, Eric, & Vince worked their buns off to make this a great experience. They even moved more items than were agreed upon. Definitely would recommend DuFrane to anyone planning a move.

A wonderful experience if moving can be! They moved us out of our condo into storage. When our new house was ready. They moved as condo storage to the new house. A week later they moved the balance of our belongings from a long term storage unit. Everything was great-really excellent staff.

Excellent. The items for the local move were packed and moved first, then the items for the other two moves were packed and taken to their warehouse to await other transport. All personnel were courteous and well trained in all aspects of their responsibilities. As the move included several antiques which are irreplaceable they took extra care to insure their safe travel.

Uniformly excellent, from consultation to moving out to moving in consultant's estimate came within $50 of actual cost. Crew was proficient and courteous. They arrived promptly and the move went like clockwork.

The Dr. Frane movers were there on time and moved all items. We relied on them to do the job as we were not there. My aunt is "go" years young and was going than elderly abuse and needed to be moved fast. They did a wonderful job!

Excellent. The move was very smooth. Took very good care of our furniture. Assembled Select Comfort bed on arrival and placed furniture exactly where we asked. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Went great as always, you have moved our company many times fellow co-workers and customers of ours everybody is always happy with your Co. I buy a lot of items on E-bay for my cent barn collection and its nice to follow I have a co to pickup items.

An estimator came to our house and looked to see what we had to move. We were disposing of much of our larger furniture, but still had a king size bed, dressers and cabinets, many boxes and a car to be moved. We though the estimate was reasonable. We didn't have enough stuff to fill a truck, so we got a discount for moving our stuff with other items to be moved by other people/companies. The movers showed up on time and were very efficient in getting out stuff out of a 3rd floor apartment and to the truck. We moved out on a Monday and we began our drive to Florida a few hours after the movers were done. It took them about 3 hours to get all our stuff into the truck. We were given a two week "window" for delivery of our stuff in Florida; all depending our what else was going on our truck and where it was going to in the area. Our things arrived the following Tuesday, and the movers were quite happy to put things where we wanted be it in the garage, bedroom, our upstairs area. Not a thing was damaged. We don't plan on doing it for a long time but I wish DuFrane had a branch in Florida when we do move again. Very professional. Can't say enough on how pleased we were with their service.

Movers were on time at each location, friendly, and reasonably priced. They were careful with our property and made sure they didn't track in dirt in either home. They did a very , very good job.

The packers and movers were courteous, helpful efficient and good. They were all wonderful. The service all took place as promise and on time. They arrived when they said they would. They also went the extra steps to please me. Excellent Service!

DuFrane moving did a great job, they were prompt and professional. They did a whole house move (in-town) in only one day. We were moving out of a four bedroom house with a lot of stuff, they got started right away and finished the job in the early evening. They were great about making sure everything was where we wanted it to be, they were also very careful with our property. All three of the guys they sent were friendly and professional. I would use them again.

The estimator was very professional and seemed thorough. The estimate and actual price paid were very close so I was pleased about that. I was also pleased that they moved our car and placed it in the truck with the household goods. However, on the day of the move (pick up), they seemed rushed. We also discovered my husband's pain pills missing after they left the house that had been on top of a dresser that was staying in Wisconsin. When the load arrived in Arizona, we discovered several issues: 1. many boxes were crushed (several marked fragile with artwork inside) or caved in on one side 2. Our car was missing its new license sticker and we had to repurchase it 3. They were non-responsive to inquiries about the crushed boxes or a feedback review form I had filled out at their request 4. They lost the screws and bolts for the headboard of one of the beds 5. They piled things on top of each other in the garage, and did not follow instructions on labeling, including a very expensive granite sink that was in an original box that had clear labeling not to stack anything on top of it and also not to store it on its side 6. My son received the load/met the truck in Arizona and said that he had to ask them to reassemble beds, etc. 7. No follow up from DuFrane.

We moved to a new home about 100 miles away. The "move out" included a couple of extra stops to pick up things we had in storage, including a piano. These guys were terrific. They showed up on time, and moved us in a professional manner. Our new home is in a high-rise building, so they had to maneuver city traffic and parking, as well as using an elevator to get the furniture to our new place. They put down mats to protect the floor and had wrapped all of the upholstered furniture to minimize wear and tear. The move was completed on time and on budget. We would use them again and highly recommend them. I would like to add that they don't use " casual labor" which means that the people actually moving your belongings are full-time, experienced, employees, not someone hired off the street for the day.

They met the price of their competitors and we thought they were the same people who moved us out of our home, moved us into our new home. Overall, it went very well.
