CONTORNO SURFACES

I contacted several different countertop companies to get estimates on how much it would be to install granite countertops in my home. All of these companies, with the exclusion of Contorno, either did not call me back, had very high prices, or had representatives that were unknowledgable and could not answer my questions to my satisfaction. When I contacted Contorno, Paco (salesperson) came out to my home right away to show me samples. Some of the samples were small and it was hard for me to visualize what it would look like as a countertop, so Paco did everything he could to get larger samples for me. He did a lot of running around for me, which I appreciated, and always with a smile. He was very professional, curtious and accomidating. When pricing out the countertops, I found that Contorno had the best prices for the quality of the product they were selling (I got sensa granite installed). The day of the install, the men arrived on time and were very curtious and went to work right away. There was some problem with the surfaces not being level, so they called Paco to determine how to remedy the situation. Paco arrived right away to assess the sitution and cleared everything with me before allowing the men to continue. They made every effort to make sure the install was done well so as to avoid any future problems. The men were done on time and cleaned up well afterwards. Shortly after this Paco returned to my home to inspect the work that was done. He wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. There were a couple minor things that he had the men return and fix - things that I didn't even notice such as a tiny bit of glue showing beneath the undermount sink. The job was done very well, the customer service was exceptional, and the prices were competetive. I would highly recommend anyone using Contorno Surfaces for their next remodel project.
