Started out well, but after 1 year they changed the service rep. Had continuous problems after that. We contacted baztner and asked for a new rep as this one did a poor job and seemed a bit "off". Baztner guaranteed they would send someone else, but sent the same person. He met with my husband and pretended he had never been to our house before. My husband thought he was unsettling and creepy even before I told him it was the same person. Contacted baztner and found out it wasn't an error, but they had knowingly sent someone we specifically told them we did not want in our home again. It would seem to be poor policy to send someone we had complained about to the point of considering terminating the service to come into our home again. Highly dishonest and unethical.

Mark was very prompt and very polite. Even wore shoe booties into my home which I really appreciate. Explained thoroughly what he was going to be doing and how the process/chemicals worked. He made sure I had no questions and was comfortable with the process. Mark even engaged with my 2 year old. $155 for initial consultation. $31 monthly.

I live in a rural area and little critters and bugs are very common. Batzner performs seasonal interior and exterior services as well as being available if I see a problem with something.

Service was excellent provider was on time very professional address the issues that we had with bees immediately and then went through the entire house we are very satisfied

When I called Batzner I was given a basic run through of what the technician would do, the cost and when I could expect the technician. The technician arrived on time. We knew about where the ants nest was, but he quickly located the exact location. He explained what he was doing as he went along. After finishing that he explained they might not be all dead, but if we noticed anything we should call and he would come back. He then checked the whole house inside and put some baits in the basement. Outside he sprayed all around and on the house where he found 3 or 4 wasp nests and a bee's nest. Once again he was very thorough. He then wrote down things we needed to do to help keep the pests away. He was professional and friendly and knew his job. In fact everyone I talked to was like that. I would not hesitate to recommend Batzner to anyone. The ants did not come back. Update: We have a yearly contract since our first treatment. They have a schedule, but will come if we need them.These people understand how to treat and to keep a customer. Phone calls promptly answered, technicians very courteous and thorough in answering questions and treatment. We used to have a lot of various types ants in the summer. Last year there were few if any. No mice or other rodents near or in the house. Great job!

I don’t remember how much they charged me for their services but it wasn’t cheap. I think they got rid of most of the pests. They’re good. I don’t know what to compare their price to. I will use them again in the future.

They have the best feel and it seemed like they treated a lot of houses in the area. I trusted the fact that they knew what they were doing.

Their service has been very good. I haven’t had too many problems, but they are always responsive. They call ahead of time. They use as many natural products as they can instead of chemicals.

The spray is safe for children and pets once it’s dry. They are awesome. We will use them again in the future.
