Description of Work: My toilet handle broke at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. I figured it was unlikely we could get someone before the weekend, but they had a guy in the area, he was here in less than a half-hour and done 15 minutes after that. He also fixed a leak that was causing the toilet to run intermittently. Everything was fixed within an hour of when I broke it! Nice guy, no-nonsense.

Description of Work: They came to our house, replaced an outdoor faucet, installed a kitchen faucet and checked our water heater. They did a great job. We had water leaking in the basement and that has been solved. Even our water heater stopped making noise even though no actual work was done on it. Ken is very nice, professional, does a great job and was very honest and gave me good advice. Benjamin plumbing has done all the plumbing in our house for the last 11 years and we have no complaints.

Description of Work: Benjamin Plumbing installed a new water heater and everything went smoothly with no surprises or extra charges. I went to the showroom on Friday the 6th and they were able to install the new water heater on the 8th. Very happy with both the salesman and installer.

Description of Work: They did all of the pipe work for my bathtub, washer and toilet. They did this to get it up to code for the insurance inspector.

+ -1 moreHe had to fit a new faucet onto the sink because it wasn't a perfect fit. He cheerfully stayed with it until it was installed properly. He left his tool kit out on the sidewalk while he was packing up and came in to get something, and somebody stole his tool kit. I felt so badly for him. He took it good-naturedly. The first time I did business with them, I went to their showroom to pick out a fixture, the gentleman that helped me really wanted to know that this fixture was the right one and asked me to please bring it back if it didn't work out for us. I thoroughly appreciate their interest in getting the job done right, not just selling me something.
Description of Work: I had to have a couple of the outside hose bibs replaced. Our bathtub water faucet was dripping. I bought a new faucet for our washbasin in the bathroom. He installed that.
