+ -1 morehorrible..... from the rude dispatcher & i think it was joe grimme the owner, to the tech that ruined my carpet with mudd & whatever else he drugg in on his boots. i called them & they straight out refused to even acknowledge the dirty technician ruining my new carpets... what ********

Description of Work: We called another heating contractor, Schrader Heating & AC and after a full week with no return call from Schrader, we called H&N and they were here within 90 minutes and fixed our problem. Maybe a little on the high side for a service call, but they do good work. Will call them again if needed.
