Description of Work: They replaced a water heater. Straight forward basement install. Mark was willing to talk to me about the differences between tankless and conventional water heaters at our initial meeting. The guys were efficient and left the area clean when they left.

+ -1 moreMr. Gould came out and fixed the problem within a couple of sessions for which he only charged me the first session. He resolved the problem and I was very grateful to him because that problem had been going on for a year and a half and it was wearing me down. I have been meaning to go online and give this man a gold star because he was that great. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient in troubleshooting.
Description of Work: I used Gould Plumbing Inc. about a month ago now. They were recommended by the manufacturer of my tank because I was having problems with my water heater.
