Chuck is very knowledgeable. He and his carpenter, Doug Frank, do flawless and accurate work. Chuck is very informed about building code requirements, and all general construction. I have used him in the past for projects, and any sub-contractors he has used (e.g. electricians, dry wallers, plumbers) have been top-notch.

Haldeman Builders recently installed an special order 8? patio door for me. From start to finish, working with Chuck was a breeze. With so many options and materials available, I was unsure about what to order. Chuck was very knowledgeable about door construction and materials providing multiple options and tax rebate information. His crew was skilled, efficient and very conscientious about minimizing the dirt and dust inside the house. Debris clean-up after the install was exceptional as well. All-in-all it was a good experience and more importantly, one that didn?t break the bank. I look forward to working with Haldeman Builders again.

I recently purchased a condominium that desperately needed a major facelift and complete new flooring throughout the entire first floor. I asked Haldeman Builders for a quote and was immediately impressed with the knowledge and experience Chuck offered along with his truly helpful suggestions/solutions regarding materials and installation. With a busy schedule myself, communication was an important factor in my decision to use Haldeman Builders. This was never an issue with Chuck. He was open, direct and very accessible. I didn?t wait for days for a return phone call or email. Haldeman Builders provided excellent customer service along with superior craftsmanship. Chuck, as well as his installers, was professional, courteous and most importantly flexible. The initial start date was unexpectedly pushed out almost two weeks due to a delay with the closing. Haldeman Builders was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate my rigid time frame. Start to finish, the project was completed in only two days. I truly could not be more pleased with the end result. My laminate floors are gorgeous and exactly what I had requested!

Haldeman Custom Construction provided us with some very sound advice early on in our project. Their knowledge of building materials, construction methods, aesthetic design trends, and then meticulous attention to detail, is excellent! We were very happy with the ease of working with them from start to finish in a very open, honest, and professional manner. Chuck kept us in the loop with the project status, and we were never surprised with any unsuspecting delays, charges, or mistakes! Chuck's keen eye for all the details needed to do the job right, are second to none! His overall quality and workmanship performed was outstanding and met or exceeded our expectations! Chuck actually replaced the two new hardwood stairways for us due too many noticeable errors from the previous installer.
