Great care was taken with the initial visit to take the time to get to know me, my likes and dislikes, and lifestyle in order to come up with a design that will suit me for years to come. When the plan was delivered to me, time was taken to explain each design choice and the rationale along with care tips, etc. Very easy to work with. I have already recommended Formecology to others. You can likely find designers with lower pricing but the dedication, expertise, professionalism, and reliability of the Formecology team makes them an exceptional value.

+ -1 moreIt was an amazing experience working with these folks - they really know what they are doing and brought such professionalism, competence and courtesy to the process that is was a pleasure to have them around, even digging and moving rocks and dirt and bricks. The work they did is beautiful and the basement is dry. I thought it was a nice touch that it rained every night for a week and watered the new grass so I didn't have to do it myself. I don't expect they will take credit for that bit, but - there you have it. It was worth every penny and I highly recommend them. Definitely exceeded expectations on every front. I cannot think of a single thing I would have them do differently.
Description of Work: We had water leaking into our basement on a side yard. They created a retaining wall/garden, rerouted the drainage from the roof, and replanted the yard when they were finished.

Description of Work: We received a bid from Formecology for a master landscaping plan for our neglected half-acre lot. We were very impressed with their professionalism, their sustainable approach, and their design portfolio. We debated between using them and another landscaper, and while we eventually chose the other company, I'm confident it would have been a pleasure to work with Formecology.
