+ -1 moreSo far they are coming in way higher than we thought they should. Apparently, it costs a lot more to build vs. buying an existing home.
Description of Work: So far they have only drawn the plans for the house, which we are on month 3, They draw the plans by hand so it takes a long time between each change you ask for.

+ -1 moreIt was a pleasant home building experience. They said it would take six months to build and it did. There was one issue that came up with water which I probably should have been told before hand (and probably would have had I built in a subdivision but this was a free standing lot).
Description of Work: They built my home. It's about 2400 square feet, two story home. It was built from a model but I made many modifications.

+ -1 moreSmooth as silk! We anticipated problems with building, and yet there were absolutely none! They even finished the house two weeks early just to accommodate us. They also have a fast response to service requests under warranty. Overall, we would use them again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Kettle Creek built our homes from one of their models in the River Hills subdivision. Their work is meticulous and very high quality!
