Great, Mike was a pleasure to work with.

Mike installed the fence the way he thought it should be installed, not according to the product specifications. At the end of a long day, he was in a hurry to get somewhere else so I did not press the issue. As I reviewed the fence more closely I realized that the way it was installed was not going to accomplish what it was designed to do. Additionally, one edge of the fencing was not finished off. In a phone call he said he would come and finish off the edge, which he did not do. He also told me he did not think it was necessary to correct the fence installation. I sent several emails which went unanswered.

The day of the job, Mike was on-time and worked without a break until the installations were complete. He was very careful to keep the noise as minimal as possible and cleaned up afterwards. The installations went without a hitch and we're enjoying quiet vents that work great. Mike is very transparent with his billing and also provided us with a copy of the vent receipts for our records. Cost of service above is for his time only (does not include vents). Since this experience went so well, we intend to hire Mike for future jobs.

It was a challenge and I was not satisfied with that appointment. He no showed for the first appointment which involved me taking off from work. He was significantly late for the second appointment. The estimate was also very high.

They are extremely neat when it comes to how they leave your house and very talented in the expert work they do at a very, very fair price. The owner has a degree from MATC in construction and it shows in their professionalism. When they come to your house all their tools are in a mobile work shop they bring with them. Did I mention their work is perfect? It is because they are really good at what they do. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable service to help with home projects. Based on the work they did at my house I am confident their basement remodeling is perfect!

He was prompt, took care of revisions that we asked him to, and was easy to work with.

The service Mike provided was excellent and exceeded expectations. Mike is professional and focuses on customer satisfaction. This is the second time we have hired Mike and without question will do so again. While we have only used him for smaller jobs, we would feel more than comfortable hiring him for larger projects such as a remodel.

He works extremely fast was was finished with everything in under 2 hours. He installed a door knob, replaced some lights, added some new outside lights and cleaned my gutters.
