Chet and his crew built a second floor addition including master suit, office, with fully tiled bathroom. The project was extensive but completed on time with great communication and availability between us.

Our new en suite is exceptional in every way. From start to finish, all of the work is beautiful. We are so pleased with the results of our project.

We had a one car garage and a family room torn down and replaced with a two car garage, larger family room, mud and laundry room along with a screen in porch. The quality of work was excellent. Communication was top notch, no surprises. Overrun costs were minimal and communicated beforehand. Minimal means less than 5%(likely closer to 1%) of overall cost. My wife and I were also wanting to do some of the finish work to help alleviate costs and Chet and his crew had no problem allowing that along with communicating exactly what they were doing and what we would do. In short we would certainly hire them again. We actually did to do some repairs on an unrelated project and are planning on having them back for a few other projects.

We have received many compliments how Chet and his guys made the addition look like it was part of the original house. Really good design and quality craftsmanship!

A year ago, I hired Chet Holmes to gut and remodel my kitchen, dining room and mudroom. Not only was he and his workers knowledgable and detail oriented, they were very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them!! The project was a very large one that required many skills: (1) STRUCTURAL EXPERTISE (relocating exterior door, installing pocket door, rebuilding subfloor, and installing header) (2) DESIGN (kitchen layout, pantry, mudroom "cubbies") (3) EXTERIOR WORK (window and door framing/installation, insulation, siding, gutters) (4) FINISH CARPENTRY (custom kitchen cabinets, custom mudroom cubbies, trimwork, crown moulding) (5) PLUMBING.
