+ -1 moreExcellent all around. My first contact was on the phone with Sam who was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the day of the cleaning 2 men arrived who were equally pleasant. We discussed what needed to be done and they got to work. In the end the carpets looked great. Glad I chose Bluegreen to clean my carpets.

+ -1 moreIt was great! i have only had my carpets cleaned two prior times and I was really unhappy. BUT THIS WAS SO VERY GOOD! My upper hallway and upper stairs look so unbelievably clean and fresh. All the other areas look wonderful too. It seemed like they could adjust the cleaning power and really attended to what was the most effective way to get the best result. They also made sure the carpets were as dry as possible before they left. The process to schedule was easy and the estimate was right on target. The Office Manager really knew her stuff. The young men who did the cleaning were personable and knew what their job thouroughly. I cannot recommend this company enough.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets including: three bedroom traffic areas, a stained area in dining room, the family room, and the well worn upper hall and upper stairs. They vacuumed prior to washing. Washed all carpets throughly and dried with fans.

+ -1 moreBluegreen is fantastic! Their communications are outstanding. I received an e-mail with the confirmation time and what to do prior to their arrival. They phoned to confirm the appt, then called when they were on their way. We did a walkthrough, and they made sure to check on trouble areas. While we were walking through, one of the gentlemen (truly) went about vacuuming (yes!!!), then put out guards on the corners. My office carpeting in 20 years old, a Berber, and they were able to pick up t he pile and make it look almost new. When they completed a room, they placed an industrial fan in the room to help dry the carpet. While noisy, they did the job. I was, and still am, ecstatic. They performed a great job, were very professional, thorough and polite. They gave me a quote on having my linoleum flooring cleaned while here as well. I hope to have that done in the not too far future. There were no additional sales gimmicks, a pet peeve of mine. I couldn't be happier. While they are more expensive, I believe they are worth it.

We are very pleased with the results as we have been in the past, and will definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreI have used Bluegreen multiple times and always been happy with the results. Our carpets stay clean longer with their service than other carpet cleaners we have used as well. This last time, I had a new crew and wasn't happy with the results. Bluegreen came back out the next day and re-did the entire room that wasn't well done. We will definitely continue to use them even though they are a bit pricier. The quality is worth it.

They were recommended by the store where I purchased my carpet from, Carpetland in Milwaukee, and they really are the best carpet cleaners I have had. Even moved furniture as needed! Will definitely hire them again! And it was great to get 20% off as a repeat customer.

+ -1 moreVery willing to accommodate us even though we had to change the original date for service provided, because of a closing date on the purchase of the home. Everyone that I spoke to from the owner of the company to the office girls were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We needed the carpets in the whole house (except we waited on basement) to be cleaned before the furniture was delivered and they could not have been more accommodating and helpful in arranging to do this. My daughter said the technicians were very good and did a wonderful job of cleaning her carpeting.

+ 0 moreAfter our closing, we went to the new house to find that the cleaners had finished the job, and it looked fantastic. I was happy to find no trace of dog accidents anywhere. I was anxious to go downstairs, where the really bad stains were. Whe I got there, I didn't see any trace of stains there either. I really was shocked! The true test will come in a couple of days when we take our two cats over and see how they react. I'll update the post at that time. Overall, I am very happy I chose BlueGreen. I think BlueGreen did an exceptional job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep cleaning on their carpeting. I also was happily surprised when I received my invoice and found a significant discount was applied because the house was vacant at the time of cleaning. Thanks BlueGreen!
Description of Work: We had BlueGreen clean the main floor and basement of our new home on the day of closing. There were several areas where the previous owners' two dogs had peed, and we were not sure that anyone would be able to get the carpets clean. We have two cats and were concerned what their reactions to the scent left behind by the previous dogs' accidents would be. BlueGreen uses an enzyme product that takes care of the odor and residue left behind by pet accidents. During our initial call, Sam, the owner, thoroughly explained the cleaning process to us. I was happy to hear that they use a black light to find areas where a pet may have had an accident, and then pre-treat the area. In fact they stood out in this regard. Great customer service. We didn't mind spending a little extra on cleaning with the hopes that it would save us from replacing the carpeting. By the way, the carpeting upstairs was only two months old, so we really didn't want to have to tear it out. We have estimates ranging from $7500-$8200 to replace the downstairs carpeting, and thought it couldn't hurt to give this type of cleaning a try first.

+ -1 moreFrom the first call for an over the phone estimate the experience was great. The person on the phone was very detailed, gave a realistic estimate over the phone and was not pushy at all. I called back to schedule and it was easy to schedule around my schedule. The cleaner arrived ahead of schedule (which was nice and he called before arrival). He did a walkthrough with me and before he started gave me an exact price to see if there were any adjustments I wanted to make based on the actual price (eliminate a room, etc.). He did a fantastic job and even provided a bottle of spot treatment (maybe b/c I did their optional protector in one room & the stairs). Price was very reasonable for the quality. They have a great referral program as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Thanks Bluegreen!
