 + -1 moreHe listened carefully to all the details I had to tell him about what I had observed happening with the refrigerator. He examined things carefully and did several tests. Once he'd diagnosed the problem, he replaced the necessary part. At first, it still wouldn't work. He explained the options to me, the pluses and minuses of what he could do, continued to work with it, and was able to creatively come up with a solution that kept us from having to buy a new refrigerator soon.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator quit cooling, and he diagnosed the problem and installed a new start relay.
