 + -1 moreI'd do zero stars, if I could. I had Plummer put in an apron and driveway in front of my shed. Immediately, it was discolored. In addition, the edging was done poorly. Called Plummer to come look at it. Deke came out while I wasn't home (even though I told him when I'd be home and to call me). He leaves a message that everything was normal. He either didn't come out, is incompetent, or worse. Then within 3 months, I had cracks (30' long) in several places. Called them again. They said that happens and no warranty. I'd guess that they didn't do chairs for the rebar, as requested, but who knows. They got my $6800 and that is all they cared. Just a horrible company with apparently worse people. They screwed up my neighbor's sidewalk, too. Do NOT use them!

 + -1 moreThe concrete is bumpy, uneven, collects puddles due to low spots etc. The general was Ron Anderson Custom homes. I called him, emailed and texted. He ignores my requests to inspect . The finishing was terrible. I am sorry i trusted these folks and paid before i really inspected the work.

Description of Work: They put in a stamped concrete patio in our backyard and a driveway apron. They were supposed to do the patio first to ensure they had time to stamp it correctly before it hardened and also as they have to use the driveway to access the backyard. Their bobcat wheel ended up breaking so they decided to do the driveway first without discussing this with us. They only had the concrete for the patio but they went ahead and used this for the driveway. Then as they day was getting later they finally got a working bobcat and they used the concrete meant for the driveway on the patio. This was a big problem as it was drying too quickly and they were in such a rush they were just throwing the color on in big blotches. They also had to avoid the driveway and ended up tearing up a lot more of our yard. I was not happy with their work and when I spoke to the owner of the company he swore at it me and was very rude. They came back out and made the concrete one solid color brown to cover the blotches but I had wanted it to be two tones. They also graded everything wrong so the water does not drain away from the house as it should.

 + -1 moreFirst I'd like to say they stand behind their work and did replace the failing floor they previously installed. The management was reasonable and professional. Unfortunately the labor wasn't well trained or just didn't care. While in the process of removing the garage floor the operator of the bobcat backed into the wall in a couple places putting football size holes in the Sheetrock. They also busted the garage wall foundation in one place which they did fix. I feel comfortable with the management but not the work the labor does.
Description of Work: Replaced garage floor they previously installed which was improperly finished and was failing.

Description of Work: I contracted them to do a driveway for us. I contacted them in May of 2013 with a down payment. I was told 3-4 weeks. I called in 4 weeks and was told another three or four weeks This continued until November when it snowed and they said they couldn't get to me til spring. Weather was an issue and they did return my deposit. But if they couldn't get to me they should have let me know I would have contacted someone else. I had all the money last year I don't have it this year and I still need a driveway.

 + -1 moreThey poured walls and a cement floor. They put in a stamped side walk and a stoop off the door. The issue is our stoop seperating and sinking. The stoop was a special color I had ordered. They also put in floors in our sheds and a pad at our backdoor. They wont come and look at the problem and they wont answer the phone. Stay away from them. I would not recommend them.

 + -1 moreThe work was performed in a very professional and efficient manner, I'm very pleased with the result and I intend to hire the company again for pouring aprons and a boat storage pad. Kevin the sales person was very professional and stayed in touch throughout the quotation phase. The crew arrived on time and was fully equipped to perform the work. Plummer Concrete is a very professional organization and I highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Plummer Concrete poured and finished a concrete floor in my 45' x 36' pole building. The work included preparing the floor by leveling the C5 floor, installing the rebar, then coordinating the delivery of the cement and finishing the pour. They installed the floor drain and control joints and applied the sealer after the polishing the surface.
