+ -1 moreI hired Dave after another handyman started the job and I couldn t get him to show up again for months. Dave was prompt and quickly got going. Since I had already gotten the building materials for the previous handyman it was slow going at first since we didn t know how the first guys plan was. We worked it out together he listened to what I wanted and got the job done. This is my highest recommendation for his listening skills a lot of other people I have worked with in the past changed plans and did it there way. For the price he charged it was done vary well. As a landlord renting apartments he does great work and I have already hired him again on another project. Brad.
Description of Work: He remodeled an old apartment that I had, with new cabinets, Bath fixtures, sheet rock, framing, installed doors and a window some plumbing, ceramic tile suspended ceiling tiles I found him to have a lot of general knowledge of construction and fixing things. He was able to listen to what I wanted and deliver on the results and it looked nice when finished. I did not get a bid from him we did time and materials and he was accurate on the time and did not pad anything and I was satisfied. Brad
