I have been using Matt from Snuff Um Out for 3 years now and just realized he was on Angie's List. He was recommended by a friend who uses him for the control of spider webs. I didn't even know about that service. We have a cedar house on a lake that is covered with cobwebs all summer long. We have power washed over and over and we just can't get rid of them. My friend told me about Snuff um out so I thought I would give them a try. He comes in the spring and sprays the house and then comes once a month till September. NOT ONE WEB. Our house is clear of them. We have an A-frame so it is hard to clean the windows, gutters, etc. Matt seems to cover every inch of our house without getting our windows dirty. We use him for our mice issues which we have all summer and winter long and our bee and wasp problems due to lots of older timbers and railroad ties. He has it under control. We tried doing it ourselves...forget it! He comes every month, calls a couple of days before his visit and leaves us a message first! Just incase we have any other needs. He is always on time, I never have to chase him down, unlike a lot of other landscapers, plumbers, etc. Nice to know that we are taken care of and he is very reasonable. I personally would rather use a smaller local company than a big chain pest control company. They definitely pay more attention to your needs. The same service person comes every time...who knows your house, problems and needs. I would say A++++ for Snuff um out. Very happy with their service.
