When we needed to have drain tile put in our basement, we needed someone to help us to take off the existing wainscoting, remove built in shelves and generally prepare our basement for demolition. I hired Kip to do all of the above, and then put it all back together. Kip was prompt, honest and did quality work. He always called to verify when he would arrive, and returned my calls promptly. He had the idea to put a wall and a door around my new pump, and I have to say it looks great! He is completely trustworthy and I enjoyed working with him. He work was above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely use him for other projects and will recommend him to friends.

We had a rotted sill plate on our 100 year old house. We couldn't find a contractor to touch the job. The contractors that I called (10-15) were either too busy, didn't know quite how to fix, didn't want to mess with that complex/tedious of a job or had deer hunting plans. Fred From Accurate Basement Repair called Kip to help. (Accurate had just installed draintile and rebuilt the basement wall) Kip called me w/in the hour, had someone out to the house that evening to look at the job. Kip himself came two days later to inspect the job. He explained their plan which was to support the house w/ jacks, remove the old sill plate and put a new one in. He had someone out that Friday night to drop supplies and they worked Saturday and Sunday to replace the sill plate. It was 10 degrees outside and the two guys worked w/o complaining... There was a lot of hand work because being an old house, there was a box beam w/ electric lines running through it. It took the guys 2 days to complete the job, but they did it and were wonderful! I gave the price a and quot;Band quot; rating in the review only because I really didn't have a comparison... I was happy to pay it. They did the job and they did it RIGHT! Kip and his staff saved the day and we are so grateful! I would recommend them highly.
