Don called me back promptly after I left a message requesting an estimate. He was flexible in his schedule both for coming out for the estimate, and for doing the work. He was very thorough in explaining to me what he would be doing, and how long it would take. When Don came back with the refinished cabinets, he was not happy that some of them did not match well, as the store did not do a very good job of color matching the new stain to a sample. I noticed it as well, but I did not have to say anything... He asked me if it would be acceptable to me that he take some of the doors back and redo them. He called when he was finished and set up a time to reinstall them that would work with my schedule. Don told me to call him if I had any issues or questions to contact him. I recently called him because I was refinishing a bathroom cabinet and was having trouble stripping the stain. He called me back right away and gave me some tips. I would definitely recommend Don to anyone who is having any woodwork refinished!

Don came to the house and estimated the work. He arrived on time to take the cabinet doors to his workshop where he stripped them and restained them. He then arrived on time again to do addition repair work to the cabinet facings. All work was top notch. You cannot tell where he repaired the damage and he matched the existing stain perfectly. Additionally he repaired an expensive piece of furniture where something was dropped on it. He popped up the indention and sealed the top. Again, perfectly. The final bill came in under his original estimate!
