+ -1 moreJoe is thorough and polite. He was out about 7 years ago when we had lots of ants and remembered the house and us.
Description of Work: We seem to have mice condominiums in our basement. Joe set up an appointment soon after I called, arrived when expected, did a thorough inspection, and set traps. As part of our initial appointment he will return in a about a week (we will arrange a specific appointment time) to do a fresh inspection and seal up holes he discovers. We've had no indication of "new mice" since he set the bait traps, and he will have more to tell us when he returns in mid-May.
