In 2009 I hired this scumbag do a roof on a building that I was purchasing. After I chose him for the job he immediately started to pressure me for money stating that "the materials are supposed to go up and price by about 30% at the end of the month so if you buy them right now you'll save a lot of money." After continued calls from him repeatedly stating that the materials were going to go up and that I should buy them now, I finally gave him a check for $6200 for the materials. He immediately ran to the bank and cashed check but never purchased any materials. 100s of calls and text messages later I am still out the money. I and many of the other victims of this con artist have have taken him to court to face criminal charges for fraud and theft and he is currently facing 3 felony and to misdemeanor charges for similar ask of fraud. In November of 2014 I contracted with Brads Roofing ( Brad Frazer ) to install new roofing materials on six small buildings and one large building on my property. He quoted me $1400.00 for labor plus materials. January of 2015 I gave Brad Frazer $2600.00 to buy the materials for my roofs. In February he came and did two roofs and asked for $500.00 more for materials. I also paid him$600.00 for the completed work. In March he came and did three more roofs and I paid him another $760.00 for labor. )Since April15.2015 he has not answered nor returned any of my calls.He has all of my materials ( a total of $3600.00 minus 1/3rd ) and I paid him in full (1300.00) for labor with only a third of the job completed. I have contacted the police and have filed a small claims case against Brad Frazer of Brads Roofing. Do not use this provider for any reason. He is a thief.

No work was performed. 50% Down payment money for new windows was given to contractor on June 20, 2014. Check was cashed within a half hour of our paying the money to contractor. As of August 11, 2014, we do not have windows and contractor will not return our phone calls. We are going to have to pursue legal action against this company to recoup our losses. BEWARE of this contractor.
