I hate them. I had a bad time with them. They started my house and never finished it. They got all my money. The siding kept falling off, it was blowing in the wind. I currently have a law suit against them.

The work was done in January 2012. The installation process seemed to go well. Shortly after we started to notice problems. The siding started to buckle in spots, there are large gaps under some windows and caulking on the Bellastone is cracking. The windows were not installed right, they are too tight. And the wrap around the windows leaves a lot to be desired. And now we have a window leaking when it rains (a huge picture window that never leaked before). We have been trying to remedy these problems for over a year now. Paul Stanek will tell you what you want to hear, but never follows through. He seems pretty desperate for work and will give you a very good deal, but be prepared to spend a lot more to fix all the things that are going to be wrong. I have also contacted other Amazing Siding Corps. in other states. These are not a franchise, they are all individually owned. So there is nobody to hold them accountable! I would never hire this company again. I did research before hiring them and the BBB has an A+ rating for them with only 3 complaints (soon to be 4). I guess they have that "It looks good from my house" attitude.

I got an flyer in the mail from Amazing Window & Siding offering free complete estimate for window and siding. On June 28 2011 he came out and provided a detailed estimate. We decided to go with him. So he proceeded to type up an estimate for the repairs. We put 5k down. The owner Paul Staneky said he would come a few weeks later and take measurements. 3-4 weeks later I was told the windows will arrive shortly. I was puzzled because he originally told me he needed to measure the windows from inside and would inform us when he was coming to take the measurements. When I asked him he said his technician was able to measure from the outside. When the windows arrived we only had 11 out of the 12 windows. Paul told us that we had only ordered 11. After we went back and forth for awhile, Paul agreed to ship the 12th window. Finally the crew came out to install the windows. I heard them banging on my windows and window frame. The windows were too small or too large. The wood around my windows are ruined. In fact in my room they needed to replace the wood around the window. I had my fiance and other contractors look at there work. They said they would come back and fix it but replace the wood with unfinished wood that now I will have to pay to repaint. To make it worse the siding portion of the project was just as bad. The siding was falling off and I asked that they come and fix it. They sent the 3 gentlemen who installed my windows to fix the siding. Its better but not perfect and portions of the project are still unfinished. With that said, we still are trying to have him remove the windows, accurately measure the windows and install new windows. Paul keeps telling me that he won't replace the windows. I called the window manufacture and they said we needed to install new windows and they couldn't stand by the windows because Amazing Windows and Siding destroyed the windows when they were forcefully trying to install the windows.
