+ -1 moreTodd responded to our initial inquiries very quickly and arranged an in home inspection of the proposed project. He arranged to have all of the sub-contractors to come in on the same day to give estimates...that way we did not have folks dribbling in over a number of days. He prepared a written estimate with the *I gets and the You gets* which we approved. He then did a written quote with all of the items and skew #''s itemized. He was extremely professional, kept the work site very clean...important to us as we were living here though the remodel. He kept in constant contact and was here on an almost daily basis through out the renovation to keep tabs on the sub-contractors. Throughout the remodel, he was very polite, extremely professional, CLEAN, and on time. He even worked around my Husband's hunting. :and gt;) We plan on a kitchen remodel in the near future and will use him again. HUGE Attention to detail.
Description of Work: A complete gut and remodel of the main bath room in a 1920's home. New vanity, plumbing (toilet, tub/shower), flooring, tile, walls, paint, electric.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. We received many compliments on our new roof and windows. We will use TW Carpentry again and would recommend Todd to others.

+ 1 moreThe project from start to finish was above my expectations. The amount of detail and planning that went into my project was excellent. TW Carpentry kept me informed throughout the week and made sure that I was pleased with all my selections. I will continue to use TW Carpentry for all my carpentry work in the future.
Description of Work: TW Carpentry remodeled my kitchen and installed new windows at my summer home in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. They removed all the existing cabinets and countertops in my dated kitchen. They then redesigned my kitchen layout and installed new cherry cabinets and new Corian countertops. Additionally, they worked with and scheduled professional subcontractors to handle the plumbing, electrical heating and tile work. I was very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. They sent me weekly updates and when I returned from my permanent on the weekends I was very please with how they cleaned the work site. The final cost of the entire project was exactly what was included in the original contract - plus two changes that I made.
