John was professional and very knowledgeable about his products. He was also very creative, making design suggestions, which I loved. His workmanship was impeccable; beautiful etched design, immaculately stained and sealed. His clean up was above and beyond what was needed; he left the property cleaner than when he arrived! He also coordinated with other contractors (carpenters) who will build on the concrete patio; coordinating efforts for a seamless effort. Such a nice person to work with, I would recommend him to everyone!

John was great to work with. He took the time in working with us to ensure the end result was what we wanted. He followed my requests to perfection and then some. There were a couple of things that happened during the job that I won't list in detail but they are enough to mention in general because they could have happened to any contractor and John made sure to make them right. I've recently been in contact with him as we have discovered a couple hairline cracks in the driveway (it seems this is the nature of concrete and I'm more a victim of weather/time than any fault of the contractor) John has already offered to come look at them. I felt it was a big overhaul and he did a beautiful job.I have no complaints and would call or recommend John to anyone!

John and Adam were excellent from beginning to end. My husband and I told each contractor we interviewed that we wanted to build a retaining wall to hold additional driveway space, and remove and replace our existing driveway. We wanted to do it once and wanted it to last ?forever?. Mainline definitely had the best solution for us when John suggested that we use 2? x 2? x 1? concrete blocks for the wall. The concrete driveway could then be poured directly on top of the blocks for even greater stability. John worked with us for the timing of the project, and he worked with us through some extra state ?red tape? that we had to wade through. Throughout the process, John and Adam worked diligently, were professional, polite, and courteous, and kept us informed of the progress. They started the job, came every day (except for the rain), worked from sun up till sun down on the nice days, and completed the entire job in two weeks. John and Adam devised several outstanding solutions during their two weeks on the job. First, was to use the large concrete blocks for the retaining wall. Next, was their solution of how to slide the 500 lb. blocks into place, as the backhoe could not squeeze back far enough due to our limited space. We also had an existing step up off of the patio that was unsightly, but could not be replaced (as it was the floor of the sunroom). Their solution, which we love, was to build a two foot wide step across the length of the sunroom to hide the existing concrete. Mainline delivered everything they promised. I am very glad that we decided to have them do our project. I would hire them again, and I would happily and sincerely recommend them to others.
