+ -1 moreVery professional and safe, used a aerial bucket and wood chipper. Was extremely careful with his machinery, his safety, his helpers safety and the safety of our property. Will have them back again.
Description of Work: Trimmed small trees from a vacant lot, trimmed branches from over the house.

+ -1 moreHe is a class act, number one, top of the line. They were close to the house and were huge. Doug and a helper came out. I did all the clean-up, because that's how I priced it. It would have been more costly if they were to clean up, but instead, they just brought the trees down and I did all the clean-up. They took really good care of the yard. When they backed up with their truck, they didn't leave big ruts or do anything like that. They were really, really good.
Description of Work: They took down three red oak trees that had died.

+ -1 moreThey brought in 5 or 6 people and they did a great job. When they left it was like a park. There were an amazing number of dead fall trees and trees that needed to be trimmed back. When I bought this property I had an arborist come out and identify the trees. I had some valuable trees and they were very good about taking care of them. I am from a small town and Doug's Tree Service seemed like a small outfit with mom and dad and friends of his that do a good job. The price was reasonable. One time I called him and he was in Florida for the winter; we sat and talked about what we wanted done. He has very good equipment. He had a sharpener on the back on the truck and he sharpened the chain saws a couple of times during the day.
Description of Work: I used Doug Sherman Tree Service to clear the place off. I have 1 1/2 acres and it is very hilly and there are kettles. They are all kinds of geographical features. I have a woods behind my house.
