WOW, FANTASTIC, GAVE US A FAST, EFFICIENT QUOTE THAT INCLUDED EVERYTHING NEEDED. VERY GOOD PRICE. DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND TOTALLY GREAT CLEAN UP INCLUDING CLEANING OUT THE GUTTERS AND PROTECTED ALL BUSHES IN THE YARD. THEY PROMPTLY ARRIVED AT 7AM AND WERE TOTALLY DONE WITH COMPLETE CLEAN UP BY 3 PM THE SAME DAY. ROOF LOOKS FANTASTIC. TOTALLY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.

I have an Engineering degree, from the University of Wisconsin, along with 25+ years of experience in the field. I never let on to this fact while I was getting estimates. Many of the contractor estimators fed me so much BS that I could hardly wait to get them off my property. DIAZ Roofing was the exact opposite. They were the most honest (100%) roofer that I spoke to, and were very technically knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing. These are extremely HONEST people. Many roofers will try to substitute inferior / cheaper materials on the day of construction, but DIAZ far surpassed my expectations, and all the material delivered was of top quality when I inspected it upon arrival on the job. Remember, they did not know I was an Engineer at this point of the job. Their workmanship is excellent, and if something needs to be repaired, they just do it. You can not do better than DIAZ ROOFING! If you want an HONEST, TOP QUALITY job, at a VERY reasonable price, look no further. It was truly a pleasure to work with these people.

Great, bid it quickly, showed up when they said they would, hit the job running, finished great, and cleaned up. Even helped fix something that wasn't on the bid.

The Diaz brothers were very responsive, flexible and prompt. They clearly want to maximize their work and are quite efficient and friendly about giving estimates, adjusting to meet customer needs, and doing the job well and FAST. When I needed to postpone, Pressy said, "No problem, how about the following Saturday?" And on that Saturday, a crew of probably 20 guys showed up at 7 am and immediately set to work. That whole crew kept moving, efficiently working with only a short lunch break, until 8:15 that evening. The entire job was done, soup to nuts! I reminded him that we'd contracted for leaf guards to be put on the gutters, which he had forgotten, so two days later a little crew showed up, scaled back up and did the job. Two downsides: cleanup was not adequate, and needed to be done by them again (they came right over and did it). Also, the workers' feet and all the stuff they dropped from the roof hit our perennial plants around the foundation quite hard. (Most are coming back now). Workers were polite and friendly, and really went at the job. Overall, a very impressive contractor.

The Diaz crew is amazing! They arrived on time, moved in their equipment and started work immediately. They actually placed tarps around the perimeter of the house--something I've never seen--to minimize cleanup. They brought an 11-man crew and everyone had a job, which they did efficiently and expertly. Their workmanship is extraordinary, and the job was completed in four hours! I highly recommend Diaz Roofing.
