I was very pleased with Bryon and his crew. He said he would be onsite when the work was done and he was. They did a great job on my roof and cleaned up completely afterward - no debris in my yard. Beforehand, he gave me brochures to choose the roofing material and houses to drive by that he had roofed so I could see the options in real life. AND he had good advice to help me make the final choice for my particular house. Now I have a beautiful roof! Bryon went the extra mile to tell me how to apply for a warranty on the previous roof that had to be replaced, and he provided me with all of the back up I needed to do so (a damaged shingle, the photos of the roof, the paperwork). He was great to work with and has excellent customer service. He also followed up after the job to make sure I was pleased with everything. And later he followed up again to see if my warranty paperwork went through and worked out for me. I was very pleasantly surprised by his follow through and making sure everything went well for me. Only AFTER I did my roof did I learn how fortunate I was to find such a great roofer. Friends told me their roofing horror stories about inexperienced crews whose supervisors never showed up on site after they landed the job and about damage to property and landscaping. Sounds like that is a common experience for many so I am REALLY thankful I hired Yakesh Roofing. It's a company with integrity. They do a great job and take pride in their work and have great customer service.

Bryon gave me a DETAILED contract that showed me everything involved with the project. His employees were professional, respectful, and did a great job! Yakesh Roofing is an Honest company that follows through on their work. HIghly recommended!

They were very fast, honest and provided good quality work. They were friendly and came back to check their work afterwards. This company also referred another firm to put gutters on my house and that turned out good, too.

They never responded to my request, either by phone or by email. :(

Was very prompt after my initial phone call to come to my home and had a written estimate to me with all the needed information within a few days. Was able to fit my roof into their schedule within 2 wks. Work was done on time and they did a great job! My yard was cleaned up and I had nothing to do but pay the bill.

Their prices were very competitive. They were easy to work with. He did whatever I asked for if they could do.

I was pleased with Bryon's work, and it was by far the cheapest bid. The only problem was in pinning him down on a start date-- many phone calls went unanswered. It also took several days to do the work-- the crew was only he and an assistant; often just the assistant.
