Did very good job.

In addition to roofing removal and installation, Dale and the crew provided extensive work required to add an extended stepped fascia, etc for the added 8" insulation level. The work was quire difficult due to the steep height and extreme A-frame angles. I'm sure this is a job that Dale and the crew will remember due to its difficulty as will we. We are glad to have chosen Dale to accomplish the task and are very pleased with each piece of the completed job. On our home roofing job about ten years ago and as mentioned in other reviews, we had a problem with ridge vent shingle failure that Dale replaced without cost or complaint..

The gutter was installed a few days later than the initial estimate. They did not have the snow guards in stock and installed them later. The entire cost matched the estimate.

They will replace the shingles should they be defective for free. The warranty is also able to be passed on once to the buyer should we sell our home. They were about 5 to 8 thousand dollars cheaper than some of the larger companies that we had quotes from. They were on time, and cleaned up our yard well after each day of work. The owner of the company assisted in taking pictures of our old defective CertainTeed shingles, provided and helped us fill out the paper work, removed a defective shingle, and provided a box for us to send it all to CertainTeed so that we could receive some money back for our bad shingles. Top Notch also replaced a skylight for us. The owner measured and made sure to get the correct skylight for us. They also replaced some rotting plywood underneath our old roofing. Top Notch did a great job for us, and we would recommend them to others.

The roof was replaced in 2 days. He also roofed over an old chimmey which allow me to tear it down. Called to see if everything was going ok.

Top Notch roofed our house about ten years ago. They did a good job but about a year ago we noticed that the shingles were lifting and breaking on what should have been a 20 year warranteed job. We contact them and found out that at the time it was done an inferior batch of shingles came out of the company that supplies those shingles. Dale came out, collected pictures that we had taken of the roof and filed a complaint with that company. We received a full reimbursement for the price of those shingles. We then ordered new shingles and Dale and company installed the new ones. We are very very satisfied with the job and would't hesitate to use them again. In fact, we are going to put up permanent sideing this year and they will do this job for us as well.
