Owner is rudest a****** I ever met. They obviously don’t care about customers or service. The technicians are the same say rude backhanded comments. Avoid!

Technician incorrectly diagnosed the problem and as a result, did not fix the problem. He left without checking the repair. The microwave still did not work, and AGAIN, caught fire. The manager called me a liar when I told him what happened.

The tech called and arrived within the schedule timeframe. He started and stopped the machine several times, didn't see any problems. I let him know that it errors out after running almost a complete cycle, then stops, with sopping wet laundry. He let me know that he did replace the part, and there was nothing more he could do. I asked if I should call them back directly if/when it happens again or call Best Buy. The tech said "there would actually need to be something wrong with it or we'll have to charge you to come back out." I told him I wasn't going to the laundromat for the last few weeks for my own amusement. He said he would need "some proof that there's actually something wrong." I asked if a picture would be helpful, and agreed (somewhat sarcastically) that I would send him a picture. After he left I started a load, and sure enough, same error. I called the main office and reported what had occurred, and that I was treated rudely by the tech. He said "that's weird." The person on the phone then looked through the manual and read off some of the other causes for this error. He asked if it could be water pressure, and I said I didn't think so, our water pressure has been fine. He said the only other thing they could do was order another part, and he would call in 3-4 days to schedule another service call. I asked if someone else could come out this time, and he said "it depends on the schedule." I called Best Buy and told them about my experience with their 3rd party contractor - they apologized and will find me another contractor in the area. I have never had such a horrible experience with a contractor or repair person.
Description of Work: LG washer was getting an error code. Technical Difficulties is a 3rd party contractor through Best Buy. They initially canceled the appointment Best Buy set up, ordered a part based on the error code, then called when it arrived to set up another appointment. This is now 2 weeks since my original call to Best Buy.
