Ryan Jack Painting Co., Inc

I have tried numerous times to reach Ryan Jack Painting Co. and have received no response. 3 voicemails and 1 email on their website and not a single response back. Not sure why folks cannot have the decency to communicate when they are running a business. Even if they are too busy with current customers, at least pick up the phone and make the effort.

Big job, excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, timely, and the painters were very professional. Hadn't heard of them until I got on Angie's List, but would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future for other projects.

Although I did not end up going with Ryan Jack Painting, I would definitely consider him in the future. His professionalism and knowledge about painting is impressive and obvious, and his quote was right in line with what I was hoping/expecting to spend. The biggest reason I did not go with his company was because he would not be able to start for four weeks, while another company could start next week. Also (probably due to him being so busy/popular), he did not get back to me via email as quickly as others did, so references I asked for did not come back until the next week, which also had a bit of determination in me choosing another company (who got back to me with references the next day). Again, I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future for any painting jobs we need to have done!

He patched all of the cracks and nail holes in the house that had not been done since the house was built. He then retextured and repainted the whole inside of the house. He is very good. He does the work when he says he will do it. He wouldn't take a payment until the job was done. He is punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.
