Provider could not clear out my line to the street, saying it was frozen. As a solution, he literally suggested I should wait for Spring for the ground to thaw. Which would mean not using water in my house for three months. What kind of solution is that? I realize it's a competitive market for work out there, but frankly the best way to keep people calling you is to be helpful to them - even if you have to refer them to someone else to get the job done properly. The only good thing I can say is that he did not charge me the full price of $165 because he could not get through the line. He charged me $95.
