Provider could not clear out my line to the street, saying it was frozen. As a solution, he literally suggested I should wait for Spring for the ground to thaw. Which would mean not using water in my house for three months. What kind of solution is that? When I pressed him about options, he said if I called another company to clear out the ice they would charge $600 and it would just freeze up again. I was in a crisis situation and this guy only made it worse by offering no helpful advice about how to solve the problem, and trying to keep me from finding help elsewhere by misrepresenting how much it might cost. He told me his boss, the owner, would call me with options of what could be done. No one called. In the end, I called his competitor, who fit me in the next day, charged only $200 and was very helpful and customer oriented. I realize it's a competitive market for work out there, but frankly the best way to keep people calling you is to be helpful to them - even if you have to refer them to someone else to get the job done properly. The only good thing I can say is that he did not charge me the full price of $165 because he could not get through the line. He charged me $95.

We discovered that our bathroom wasn't draining into the septic tank and determined the job was beyond the basics that a homeowner would tackle. This was a Saturday afternoon, around Christmas. We tried a couple places and another company recommended we call Reddi Rooter. The owner answered our call, asked a few questions and sent one of his guys, Scott, out right away. Scott showed within a 1/2 hour and checked out the situation. He brought his rooter machine in and cleaned the main sewer line out to the septic tank. Yep, not a pleasant job but he got it completed in about an hour. I was happy he got the job done quickly and it was reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Unclogged at drain line from the bathroom to the septic tank.
