We made the switch to RainMaster this year for our irrigation needs and are thankful we did. Lester did a great job starting up our system for the season and moving some of our sprinklers before our landscaping project started. He also helped replace one of the side sprinklers to get more coverage. His upbeat personality and helpful nature quickly convinced us we made the right decision to use them for our irrigation needs in addition to our existing fertilizer services.

Andrew Klatt provided excellent customer service, explained issues and gave me options to remedy the issues while being friendly and efficient. Truly outstanding....I would definitely recommend Andrew & RainMaster.

They were good but they were busy. It took them a long time to come. They came out to turn on the system in May. They couldn't come back so when they did come back they realized it was damaged by this construction I had going on. It took them about four weeks to come back. The guys and everyone was very good. Their work was fine.

I contacted Rainmaster about installing a sprinkler system at my new house. First I got a very nice receptionist who was unable to schedule an appointment and said she would have to contact the project manager to schedule an appointment to look at the yard and give me a price I was ok with this and gave her my number so she could call me back. The next day I got a call back to setup an appointment and we scheduled a 6pm appointment for the next week. So far so good. The day of the appointment I made sure that I was home by 5:30 to meet Scott the project manager. When I arrived home my girlfriend greeted me at the door and asked me if I was expecting someone. I told her that I has an appointment at 6 to talk about installing a sprinkler system. She then told me that Scott had already came and couldn't remember what time the appointment was(he wasn't sure if it was 5 or 6) and that he was very rude to her and was mad at her that I wasn't home to discuss the installation with him. He then did not look at the yard nor did he leave me any information about the system. He did leave his card and I tried calling him back to re-schedule the appointment but he never returned my phone call. Based on the fact that he could not get the appointment correct for looking at the yard and because he did not return my phone call to re-schedule I am glad that I did not go with him. If his pre-installation service is this bad how is his service after the installation.

They came out, listened to what we wanted, drew a diagram with all our needs included in it and put in a completely underground, 6-zone, totally automatic irrigation system. I can go away and leave it running - I don’t have to go down and turn it off, or on. The price was a little bit more than we anticipated from the original quote. They had everything down - right down to what coupling they were going to use. They spell it out for you - they tell you what brand of stuff they are going to use. I guess you get value for the price that you pay. We had a few hiccups but the work still went very well. The hiccups were things that were unforeseen, like tree roots of trees that had been cut down long ago. It was a job that took them much longer but it was no fault of theirs by any means. I am very satisfied with their work. We have highly recommended them and would use them in the future, if necessary.
