Parco Windows

Description of Work: Windows were delivered on time altho the in house measuring was totally cursory. Windows were installed by contractor (Whitetail Builders) and with the first northwest wind of winter the window in the bathroom started to howl, definitely leaking. Called Parco and they said they would send someone out. They did. The rep. that showed up denied that it could possibly be the window, and he could hear no air (wind not blowing) so therefore it had to be lack of insulation in the house, etc. This rep was very rude, condescending and unable to fix the problem altho he did say he added a piece of insulation to the window (no change). We chose Parco because they are local and should be better than Menards etc. Their lack of interest in the project and the rudeness of the rep. completely ruined our experience with them.. I cannot in all good conscience recommend them or their product. We are both retired and really wanted a good window to help reduce heating cost, but we had cost constraints. We feel we did not get the quality promised.

Description of Work: They removed my old windows and installed new ones. They even encased my wool trim on the outside. The workmen were very nice and friendly. I love my new windows and am excited about getting more next year.
