+ -1 moreThey did a fine job. The price seems to have been fair. I only have one garage so I would use them again if something happened that I needed a garage door. The service itself was done in a day. It took about 3 weeks for the equipment to come in because it had to be ordered to fit my garage. I had very little contact with them. They came, they let me know they were there and later the same day everything was done.
Description of Work: They put in a garage door for me. It was a new door and an electric opener. That also included the electrical connections.

Description of Work: I needed a new remote for my garage door. I went to their location and they assessed the old openers, which didn't work, and sold me a new one. When I got home it would only work when I was inside the garage, so they talked me through things on the phone to get it working. They were very quick to help and informative in person and on the phone.

+ -1 moreThe top panel of our garage door bent and cracked because the people who installed it did not put on the brace necessary to evenly distribute the force exerted by the garage door opener. I called a couple places for an estimate, and Jeff at Overhead Door called me back almost immediately. He came by to give an estimate and was very honest in telling us that the door could easily be repaired without replacing the panel or the entire garage door. Instead of spending $400-$1000, we were able to repair it for only $100 until we are able to completely replace it. I really appreciated his honesty and promptness.
Description of Work: Installed a brace across the existing garage door to more evenly distribute the weight/force when the door is being opened and closed by the garage door opener.
