The owner did not show up for a scheduled appointment, nor did he call to cancel. I had to call him. He was on time for his next scheduled appointment and said he would provide a bid the next day. He did not do so. I waited 24 hours; still no bid. Again, no call. These two red flags made me choose a different contractor.
Description of Work: This was a company I invited to provide a bid for work on my driveway.
