 + -1 moreJoe was friendly and great. He did not talk technical speak, like some may. He was clear about what he would be doing and returned the laptop within a couple days. Outstanding service overall. We will use Joe again if we have future issues.
Description of Work: The Wife's computer had a blue screen of death pop up and an error for no hard drive present. Joe, was able to pull pictures and saved files off of the bad hard drive and transfer to the new hard drive.
