Description of Work: Rick and team did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently. Price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: they came to provide an estimate for clean up of several trees at a remote site and although they were punctual, they were not respectful about questions asked. answers were provided to me but in a manner which made me feel as if it was inconvenient of me to have asked and that my expectations were unrealistic. in the past my husband and I would have done 2/3 of the work needed ourselves but are no longer able to do so. in addition, the work cannot be done now until May or June because their equipment might get stuck coming into the driveway and they are backlogged. The result is that the large broken branches in the pine trees will continue to hang over the house for the duration of the winter and may indeed fall directly onto the roof. finally, although I did use this companies service in Eau Claire in 2014 and was quite satisfied, I have to say that they appeared not to be interested in the current job and did not provide a written estimate.

Description of Work: Rick (the owner) came to the house the same day I called. He was so rude and unprofessional. We showed him three tree that we would like removed, as well as two piles of brush. He did not even communicate with us,he walked around the property with us making notes on his clip board. We asked a few questions he was not willing to answer our questions. He handed us a business card with the cost written on it. My husband asked what the cost would be for each tree, Rick shrugged his shoulder and said, "I don't know that is the cost." My husband rephrased the question looking for an itemized breakdown, and he said, "I just come up with a lump sum, you want the work done don't you?" |After thinking about it after he left, we think he purposefully bid it high because he didn't want to do the work. We got two other estimates one for $3,000 and the other for $3,500. He wasn't even in the ballpark.

Description of Work: We had Eau Claire Tree Service out to trim up our trees. They did tree trimming took out one tree.

Description of Work: The crew removed a large pine tree from the back yard.

Description of Work: The group arrived before 8 am and went right to work. They had contracted to take a series of trees out from the north and south sides of the house where they were dropping a lot of needles on the roof each year. There was no nonsense in the group and they rapidly dropped and moved the trees out on the north side of the house. I was impressed that they cleaned up a lot as the moved through the trees. Then they moved to the south side of the house and did the same thing. The south side was more difficult, in my eyes, due to the trees being very close to the house and several were out of reach of the bucket truck. Again, they cleaned up as they went and moved rapidly to take the trees to the street and cleaned as they went. Nothing was allowed to hit any part of the house. Additionally, they trimmed up some oak trees that had a lot of dead limbs on both sides of the house and in the front over the driveway. Then the cleaned up the area again before they ever stopped. Made me tired and I did nothing but watch. I would have them again anytime. I guess that they were out of here around 3pm. Great job!!
