Steve was extremely professional. He returned phone calls promptly, was punctual, flexible, informative and responsive to our questions and concerns. His system effectively reduced our radon levels to less than a third of their previous reading, making our home safe right down to its lowest occupiable level. He was extremely accommodating to our scheduling requests, even going so far as to pick up our post-installation testing unit on a Saturday so we could open the windows and enjoy fresh air on one of our last warm weekends. Our only disappointment was that the fan unit on the system was a little loud when we were outside the house sitting near it, and he immediately returned to install a muffler system that solved the issue. We highly recommend Classic Radon Services, and would definitely hire Steve again.
Description of Work: Installed a radon remittance system in our home, tested to confirm reduction of radon levels, and installed a muffling system on the fan to reduce noise.
