+ -1 moreWhen I first called Pat, he recommended buying a quality door that would last us for the life of our house. After the door arrived, he was able to come over in a couple of days to install. He was efficient, friendly, and did good quality work. I am very pleased with the outcome and we no longer have a leaky door! I'm glad I spent a few hundred more for a good door with good installation.

Description of Work: Shower stall replacement with repair of water damage. Painting and drywall outsourced (to very good contractors). Pat does a wonderful job. High quality work. He always leaves the area clean. It's just that he is sufficiently busy that sometimes there is a wait for him to get to you.

Pat advised us very well when purchasing needed materials - both large and small, waited patiently for us to make decisions, and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. He always checked in with us and came when he said he would come. We needed someone to wallpaper several rooms and refinish cabinetry; Pat found us the perfect person for this. We recommend Pat with the greatest of enthusiasm and have already asked him to help us with future projects. Thank you, Angie's List, for helping us find Pat!

+ 3 morePat is GREAT. We've had a lot of work done with different houses we own and he has been the best, by far. He was prompt with responding to my request for an estimate. He is a great problem solver so if the project isn't quite as planned, he is able to adapt. He is professional -- arrives on time. He cleans up as he goes and when he is done. He is so good you almost want to have more projects to hire him for!
Description of Work: Pat moved some kitchen cabinets and repaired a broken cabinet door. He prepped the area for new countertops which he will install when they come in.
