+ -1 moreExceptional customer service. Dave came out to give diagnosis and cost to fix. Called them back and had them order the parts. On 3/23 when we had the big snow storm that did not stop Dave from being here on time to fix the washer. Very professional, brought rugs to lay down on the floor and cleaned up before leaving. The price we were quoted is exactly what was charged. Cannot say enough about how professional Dave was. Would definitely hire again and will recommend them.

+ -1 morenot punctual. When setting up appointment the office secretary states appointment will be any where from 1pm to 4pm. When ask if she could be more specific, she became angry and argumenitive. The mechanic was slow at his work and unprofessional

+ -1 moreMike was very professional, quick and curtious. He installed the new parts in minutes, I paid and he was done. He took all the empty boxes with him and left nothing behind. Best service repair and quickest I've ever had and I was a new customer.
Description of Work: I had two broken parts on a refrigerator in a large RV and they were hard to get. I wanted to put the RV into winter storage so the repairs neded to be done quickly. I called and Mike was out the next day, removed the borken parts, and ordered the replacemtnts. When I called the secretary and told her of the need to hurry because it was turning very cold, she called the GE company and hurried the parts needed. She got them to deliver a few days earlier than expected, then called me back to let me know when Mike would return.
