Description of Work: Hung two each 2' x 3' framed pictures on basement stairwell wall. They had the right ladder to reach high enough on the wall. They had to measure and mount the pictures centered, square, and equally spaced. A good job!

Description of Work: Randy replaced a light switch, installed a range exhaust fan unit and replaced a broken insinkerator garbage disposal.

Description of Work: I had a problem with a water filter in my kitchen and also a problem with my toilet flushing. Randy came to my home and made valuable suggestions about different way to fix the problems at hand. In the end we decided to replace the out dated water filter in my kitchen. he went to the store and got a new one that was compatible with the filters I had on hand from my old unit. In my bathroom I needed to have the flap replaced but my toilet is an older model and the new part that worked properly was hard to find. Randy explained everything very clearly regarding what needed to be done and what some of the problems with my dated toilet were. In the end he found all the right parts that worked with my fixtures and quickly had them installed. I was very pleased with his attitude, level of service and willingness to go the extra mile to explain why and what he needed to do so I could understand.
