This experience far exceeded my greatest expectations! I was a bit concerned when I first contacted First Choice and realized Mike was coordinating from Eau Claire. But he quickly assured me that he had employees in the Wausau area where we live. Mike explained his services for rodent control thoroughly and professionally. It included three visits at one cost with a guarantee. His employee, Nathan, came within a week and quickly found the entrance into our home where the rodents were accessing. This required him to go under our deck which had to be extremely uncomfortable. He filled in the many entrance holes left by previous owners who did not remove the old deck properly. Nathan also left traps in our house and bait in the yard. Repeated visits showed the problem was cleared up. Nathan was an excellent teacher and very supportive to all of our concerns. He was professional, kind and thorough. I would not hesitate one minute to call First Choice with any other pest issues. Thank you so much!

We had small red squirrels living in our soffits. They sealed up the point of entry and added a squirrel out so any left inside could get out but not back in. The squirrels were gone in a day and have not come back! Robert did a great job!

It only been 4 days since they came to seal up the areas that they said bats could get in. He said it may take 2 weeks to have them all out of the soffits. Time will tell. I want to give an update after about a month.
