Robert K was the service technician. From start to finish this was a first-class experience. They came to my home for an estimate within a day of calling. We had woodpecker problems under the soffit (30 feet from the ground). since it was nesting season, they had to wait to repair it. Robert came out in the rain and was finished within about 20 min - excellent job. He even painted over the repair and hung streamers to prevent the birds' return. I had developed another area of concern and he rectified that without a problem. He was very pleasant and clearly experienced. I would definitely recommend the company.

So far it has been a positive experience. I am hopeful that we are headed in the right direction with our mouse issue.

They were very easy to work with. They contacted me and we reviewed what my issue was. The next day they showed up mid-morning, did an evaluation and gave me an estimate. I gave them the go ahead and they took care of problem, cleaned out and sealed the spot that the birds were nesting in and sealed up other potential spots that could be nesting issues. They did the service for a very reasonable price. Paying them through their website was a breeze. No harm to the birds, they can still be seen in the trees around the neighborhood.

1st Choice Pest Solutions was prompt in responding to my inquiry and problem. It took more than 2 weeks, however, to remove the flying squirrels from my house, probably due more to the tenacity of the squirrels than to the very good work done, but they now appear to be gone. I look forward to their follow-up in the spring to close up the final opening, and be rid of these squirrels for good. Job well done, thank you!!!
