After calling my normal service provider on Friday (when I discovered the animal in my basement), I was told I could not get service until Monday. I googled pest control and found 1st Choice. I called and the person I spoke with guaranteed a service specialist would be here by afternoon, which gave me peace of mind. Corky, the service specialist, was courteous, thorough, informative, and friendly. We are switching to 1st Choice for all future services.

By far the best company we have used in the area. Their products work and work well. We had a mouse problem for a few months and they have been setting bate trap systems around our property for the past couple years and we havenâ t seen one mouse since they started. We also host multiple get togethers at our home and they come spray for mosquitos and flies so we donâ t have to worry about that issue and unhappy guests. I can conveniently text or message them on Facebook and they will come when I need them to, not only when they are available. They have gone above and beyond for our property. Highly recommended trying them out for yourself.

Very knowledgeable, personable and affordable. Found where the red squirrels were getting into our fifth wheel. Set up a contraption where the squirrels could get out but not back in. Also set up baited traps. This was all on their first visit. More to come.

1st Choice was immediately responsive. I had a call back from them immediately on Sunday morning. What business calls you to respond to an inquiry on their day off? We scheduled the date for our cabin treatment and they were there on time and helped us figure out how to get rid of the bats in the space between the roof and the vaulted ceiling. On there next trip through they stated they would drop off a bat door. I have no more beetles in the cabin, no more flies and no other creepy crawly ants and spiders. 1st Choice is definitely my choice!

I was impressed with their prompt service. They explained my options and provided a solution. Answered all my questions and followed through on what they promised. Very pleased.

It was a very emotional time for our household. Who would guess bugs can be so desterbing. Chuck handled our concerns with empathy but lots of truth which we didn't want to hear but made us confident that he could take care of these bugs. He was great. Now with fingers crossed we wait for the next inspection to make sure these little buggers are DEAD and gone forever.
