This was the second time I used O'Leary. The first time was an and quot;emergencyand quot; (clogged toilet that I couldn't resolve). That issue was resolved in seconds, and since I was paying for an hour, the tech asked if there was anything else I needed fixing. Just one little thing (an aerator that had gotten cruded up before I had a water softener installed)...he replaced it at no charge. Asked for an unofficial quote on a water line install. I was impressed, so they were the only folks I called when I needed a line installed. A year later, the quote was pretty accurate. :) O'Leary gave me a one hour window and they met it. A new leak as a result of the fixed pipe was fixed (no charge) the very next day. They stand by their work.

They do good work. They are very nice and clean.

excellent. this is the second time we've used this company and have been very happy both times. the first time we had them out it was for a leaking relief valve on our hot water heater. our house is nearly 18 years old and we were thinking the whole water heater would need to be replaced. however, when the technician came he isolated the leak to the relief valve and verified the overall water heater was fine. this greatly reduced the expected repair bill and was a pleasant surprise. they are definitely our choice for any future plumbing needs.

If I remember correctly, the plumber's name was Eric. He was on time, and extremely professional. He traced down the leak I had in the basement. Determined it was in the main cold water supply line to the 2nd floor bathroom. Water seemed to be coming straight down the pipe and leaking in the basement. He measured carefully and cut a hole in the wall of my 1st floor bathroom to gain access and sight of the pipe. He found the leak right away. However, upon further investigation he found a 2nd hole in the pipe - about 4 feet up the wall. Another hole was cut in the wall and he was able to cut out the damaged pipe and replace it. I did have drywall patching to do - but he had fixed the main concern before any great damage was done. While he was here I had him check out 2 faucets that were not running well and he took a diverter out of one, and checked the pressure in another - both faucets are working great now. Lastly, he checked my outside hose bib - I had not been able to get water on that side of the house for years (it just stopped working one spring). He looked at it, took the faucet handle apart and showed me how with that type of faucet the washer sometimes gets imbedded and you can't open the faucet. He fixed it in less than 2 minutes! I was truly impressed with his knowledge and skill.

They do a good job. They always can get here within a day or so after calling. They have fixed our bathroom plumbing and also worked on our well pump. I thought our well had gone dry but it was actually just something that was plugged up in the pump and they got it fixed. They were pleasant to deal with and did a nice job. I plan on using them in the future.

I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. When we called to make the arrangements, we explained everything we wanted done. They provided an estimate of the cost. When the plumber got there, he did the job, but I think it took him a little longer than he anticipated (not me, though). And while other companies might have upped the price, they did not! They stuck to the quoted price.

The serviceman did what was necessary to fix the faucet and explained why it had happened. It was a pretty simple process. O'Leary's is the place we call for any plumbing or heating problem. We have been using them for years.

Excellent quality and service. They do what they say and say what they do. We had several estimates and decided to go with O'Leary because of their reputation and how competitive they were in pricing. We had an unfinished basement that we were finishing and O'Leary plumbed the basement for a full bathroom, reconfigured the waterlines to accomodate the remodel and rerouted the water pipes for a mudroom/laundry room remodel. Everyone was responsive to our questions, flexible when we wanted to make changes and they stand by their work! We will always call O'leary for our plumbing needs.

Very happy with the overall service. They replaced the main valve near the water meter (which was leaking), and checked out the water heater, water softener, furnace and central air conditioner. Given that the home had been vacant for several years, I was expecting to have to make some significant repairs to the mechanicals, and was very pleasantly surprised when they reported that everything was in working order, and there were no major issues. The furnace and A/C were cleaned and serviced. I was very impressed by their honesty. They did need to fix a leaky supply line in the kitchen and replace the kitchen faucet. They also indicated that the toilet in the main bathroom was leaking, but it was a very small leak, and could be fixed later, when we renovated the bathroom. All told, these guys are not cheap (they run about $100 per hour, plus materials) - but they are prompt, totally professional, and only do the work that needs to be done. I would definitely use them again.

The kitchen sink was plugged. We had attempted to unplug it ourselves to no avail. O'leary sent over a plummer within 30 minutes. He cleaned out the clog and added a clean out as the spans of piping was too long, over 25 feet. Cleaned up the area and rested everything. In and out no problems. We were extremely happy with the quick response and his fast and efficient work.

We were amazed how quickly and efficiently Lannie finished this job. He was very accomodating in that he came, assessed the job, and agreed to return later so we would have time to go purchase the appropriate fixtures. He was very experienced, confident in his work, and personable. This job took a lot less time than we expected and we were very pleased. We would highly recommend this company.

The workers were professional and got the job done quickly. Two of the workers who were installing the new heating system on a Friday stepped up their pace to make sure they had everything completed before the weekend to restore part of our heat even though we had been warned the job might take longer. Also, it's easy to talk to a person instead of a machine when calling this company.

Prompt, had everything needed to complete the job on the first trip out.

I think they were professional, punctual and did a great job. The price seemed high, that was the only negative.

We moved into our new house. They helped us to hook up a water softener that we had bought. They also helped us to figure out where the plumbing was broken. They got the toilet working again. We spent about $1200. They were pretty good. They are not the least expensive but they were always good about coming out on a short notice if I needed and getting things done in a house that was in trouble. We will use this company again in the future.

The faucet came loose from the sink due to hard water corrosion. He cleaned up the fittings and tightened up the connections. The toilet flapper (tank seal) had worn out and let the tank leak. He replaced it and tightened the toilet floor mounting. Everything is good as new!

It went very well. They did have to make an additional trip to get it fixed correctly. They were very pleasant. The price was right.

Needed service, called, they came promptly as stated. They performed work in a timely manner and replaced needed parts. They checked the sump pump without being asked and found it was not operating it was under warranty and they replaced that with no charge. They checked the garbage disposal unit and found it had a minor leak and they replaced that also with no charge as it also was under warranty. I

They did a fantastic job. Their serviceman came out and looked at the softener and even offered some advice about iron treatments. He disconnected the softener and took it back to his shop so he could replace the resin bed. This was on a Thursday afternoon and he said he would have it done by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. About an hour later, he called to say he was able to get it done right away and asked if he could come back and reinstall the softener. The water softener works like new again and their price was very reasonable.

They were excellent to do business with.

TIM IS THE OWNER. HE IS REALLY NICE. HE ACTUALLY CAME OUT AND MEASURED EVERYTHING, MADE SURE THAT I HAD A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AND EXPLAINED THE PRICE. HE COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY. I WAS VERY HAPPY.
