I've used Merry Maids for several years and they always do a great job. They are always courteous and pleasant and they do a nice job. Always on time and the office always reaches out to me before my cleanings to ask if there is anything they can focus on. Their staff is trustworthy enough for me to feel comfortable with them being in my home when I'm not there. Definitely recommend.

Terri, the manager is very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. The professional in charge of our weekly cleaning, Tatiana, is quite professional, very pleasant, and highly attentive to detail.

I love their manager, Terri. She is awesome. She will call in advance to let me know that they are coming out for the cleaning and they ask if there is anything special I need on the next cleaning. They are very proactive and do jobs that I would not even expect them to do. They do a very good job. They are great with our pets and we do not have to worry about them being home with our pets. They are also extremely flexible with their schedules. I also feel that their pricing is very reasonable.

I asked them to clean the kitchen and they didn't do a decent job at all in there. They didn't remove the hand prints off the doors. They never touched the knobs and handles. There was still grease spattering around the stove. I think they took a damp rag to dust off the surfaces of the kitchen instead of cleaning them. The floor was not good at all either. The bathroom was poorly cleaned.
