Why replace the whole window when you can replace Just the Glass! Signs of a seal failure can be seen as "foggy" glass or a purple hue on the outside. A closer look can reveal mold spots or "dirty" glass that is on the inside of the thermopane. In most cases, just the glass can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of new windows. We provide free estimates and our lead time is short. We aim to have your project complete in 2-3 weeks from approval. Our glass is custom ordered locally right here in Wisconsin. Need a storm door installed or replaced? We can help with that too. We are a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity, and treats your home as if it were our own. "This review is about my personal experience with one of BCI Acrylics Dealers. I contracted with Bath Planet of Atlanta in June of 2022. To say I had a horrible experience is an understatement. Their product seems fine but their Dealers leave something to be desired. Horrible communication with customers, horrible customer service all the way around. You will end up project managing their employees, if they show up. I have brought my issues with the Atlanta Dealer up with the home office of BCI and they don't seem to care either. I have no confidence in the installation since the shelving they put up fell off of the wall. They were installed by the same technician that installed our new shower. They called me to schedule someone to come out to fix the shelving that fell off the wall and I could hear one of the Managers screaming in the background to "get this B*@*H off his back", he was referring to me! I would NOT RECOMMEND working with any of their Dealers if my experience is indicative of how all of their Dealers do business."
