 + -1 moreBill Payne was a real pleasure to work with, and I would select him in a moment for other home repairs. He was very good about arriving on time, and if something unforeseen was happening, he would call to advise a slight delay. During the short time he worked with me (over just a few days), I feel as though I gained a lot of knowledge. He is great on pointing out techniques that will save you time and money on other home repairs and modifications!
Description of Work: The work involved mudding of some long joints to blend the old ceiling with new sections of ceiling in a kitchen. There was sanding (with almost no dust) and placing of additional thin coats of the joint compound to build the correct blended surface over a few day period. Then on the final day, there was painting of the ceiling with texture paint to hide the joints. The job was difficult, as it was warm in the room and involved working from a ladder above cabinets and around appliances.

Description of Work: Repaired water damaged downstairs ceiling drywall caused by upstairs bathroom plumbing leak. Repaired plumbing leak in shower outlet nozzle.
