Technician arrived a little late but the company called to inform me of the deviation. I appreciated that. The work was performed as expected and I was advised of the need to replace the burner within the next year. We had a minor dispute revolving around quoted vs billed cost but this was resolved in a professional manner.

We were unhappy with the services provided and felt that the problem wasn't resolved. We felt we had been overcharged when the bill came and disputed the bill which they then reduced to $65.
Description of Work: Our furnace was found running gas without igniting. We called Rogers Control and they quickly sent someone to look at it.

I work at a resort in Vilas County, we had 24 through the wall air conditioners replaced with mini split heat pumps. They were very responsive, punctual and had a great price. They worked with their supplier and was able to get us a really great price on the mini split systems. Their work looks very good so far and they have been easy to work with. Overall it has been a very positive experience.
