Description of Work: Home purchase inspection. It went very well, Jon was very honest with us on issues that were found in the home. There was some roof damage noted to the garage, he was able to suggest several roofers in the area for an estimate. Gave us good advice on our home purchase. Very down to earth and knew his stuff! I would recommend him in the future

 + -1 moreJohn was professional and thorough and incredibly helpful in explaining the problems he found in my home-lots of things not up to code. I'm not knowledgable about home repairs so I leaned heavily on his expertise and advice. It made all the difference when I sold my house that everything was fixed.
Description of Work: I had my home professionally inspected in preparation for placing it on the market in 2012.
