+ -1 moreWhen I brought it in Chris said ok they could wipe out the spam and get the speed up to snuff. They called a ouple of days later and said it was done. All was taken care of. NOT TRUE!!!come to find out a women by the name of Tiffany worked on it not Chris and she claimed all was fixed. I got it home and all the same junk was still on it. No wonder the price was low. nothing had bee done. I noticed a couple of programs had been wiped out but all the spam was still on it. I went in and deleted a bunch of downloads etc and fixed the problem myself. Tiffany was extremely rude to me when I called to question just what she had done.
Description of Work: Were suppose to wipe out all spam and other things not necessary to the daily function of the computer
